Harlee Abromson, LCSW, Director

Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Therapist

I believe exploring the past helps us understand why we think, feel and behave in the ways we do today; this exploration can, in turn, help us reach the goals of our work and dreams. In my practice I often combine a psychodynamic approach with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Harlee Abromson, LCSW, Director

Dr. Nancy Lardo, PhD, Director

Licensed Psychologist

Fostering the connection with one’s “deeper spirit” is significant in the therapeutic process. My training includes Bioenergetics, Gestalt & Psychodynamic therapies, although my desire to learn more about the human condition began long before my life as a therapist. I've had many roles in education, including conflict resolution and leadership advice, where peacemaking is often overlooked. I believe in honoring each other's differences, forgiveness and trust.

Dr. Nancy Lardo, PhD, Director

Marisa Costa, MET, LPC

Master of Expressive Therapy & Licensed Professional Counselor

My work with adults of all ages draws on the expressive arts, motivational and strengths-based therapies, and cognitive behavioral and trauma-informed therapies. The resilience of the human mind and spirit have long inspired my understanding of healing processes.

Marisa Costa, MET, LPC

George Dalzell, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Therapist

Solution Focused Therapy keeps things simple: it's future-focused, goal-oriented, and looks directly at the solutions you want to achieve in your new life. The past is considered only to the necessary degree as we focus ahead. My clients are diverse individuals and couples, including the GLBTQ community.

George Dalzell LCSW

Nicholas Demaio, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

Whether facing depression, anxiety, grief or struggling with life transitions or addiction, the healing process begins just the same: right where we are. A contemplative model of engagement, honoring the immediate moment and mindfulness can reveal our genuine goodness, natural dignity and innate wisdom - our brilliant sanity.

Nicholas Demaio, LPC

Katelyn Elliott, NCC, LPC

National Certified Counselor & Licensed Professional Counselor

We may not be able to see the beauty or understand the meaning of our lives until we take a step back, with another set of eyes, and see our story from a place of compassion. It is then we can appreciate, even love, our fate. I believe exploring personal experience - how we exist in the world, the meaning we find or choose to create in our lives - is a process we can develop together.

Katelyn Elliott, NCC, LPC

Adria Fredericks, MEd, LPC

Master of Education & Licensed Professional Counselor

The success of most therapy has to do with the human bond. With twenty years of seeing children, adolescents, adults and couples in therapy, I have worked extensively with all levels of mood and personality issues and major life changes. The possibilities of deep transformation are endless.

Adria Fredericks, MEd, LPC

Anthony Lardo, MA

Master of Arts & Therapist

After a life of challenges and learning by trial and error, I decided “an unexamined life is not worth living.” My career in counseling began late, at the age of 45, with emphasis on Existential Phenomenology. I'm most interested in the motives behind our choices, and along the way I've especially gained experience in men’s issues and the dynamics of our relationships.

Anthony Lardo, MA

Jinna Leo, MEd, LPC

Master of Education & Licensed Professional Counselor

Heart centered counseling can open us to new experiences for healing in the mind, body and spirit. Based in Gestalt therapy, the process is an open dialogue, a non-judgmental and holistic sharing that seeks to receive the authentic you. My experience over the years is that the possibility of renewed understanding exists for most situations.

Jinna Leo, MEd, LPC

Melissa Noll-Carter, NCC, LPC

National Certified Counselor & Licensed Professional Counselor

Through the therapeutic relationship, we can develop new awareness, realization and the changes that empower. Therapy may not always look the same, but I believe each of us seeks to become authentic - with ourselves, the people in our lives, the questions and meanings and purposes in our lives. I hold certifications in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

Melissa Noll-Carter, LPC

Jennifer Rozell-Whitaker LPC, ATR-BC

Licensed Professional Counselor & Board Certified Art Therapist

Art has this way of getting to the deepest part of ourselves and to transform lives - even communities. And art can be used for healing. As a professional art therapist, I believe you already have everything you need within; the expressive, the creative, narrative and even play can help you touch that innate wisdom.
